Show recaps from Fire Eater Wizard...

5/7/04

On The Metallic Onslaught: Shoebox was once again absent. So was Maury. Rick
was back and was not too pleased at all the things that were said in his
absence (all the camping jokes and innuendos). Jeffie arrived and claimed
that he had a new talent, one that he had been practicing all week. He said
it would be really cool but that it might make him a bit dumber (oh what
could that possibly be!?). Turned out to be drumming (he may have actually
had a good point there, and for once made perfect sense). He brought some
engraved drumsticks with him and spent a lot of the night demonstrating his
new abilities. He and Lance both actually separately did really funny black
and death metal "singles". These really cracked everyone up. All were
laughing hysterically. Later Jeffie brought forth something else from his
"bag". It was super Monkey! Then Jeffie and Lance got into a brawl. Now
Jeffie has actually been on something of a winning streak in these brawls
lately... First he did quite well against Shoebox. Then he kinda out smarted
(Yes Jeffie out smarted someone! or, perhaps just got lucky) and managed to
avoid an attempted beat down by Rick. Then he totally squashed Maury (but
then again, maybe that one shouldn't count for too much, it was Maury, after
all). However, Jeffie's winning streak would come to an end that night as
Lance beat him up twice as Jeffie started another fight after losing the
first one and lost again. So, I guess we all learned that Lance is more than
just a pretty face..

On The Last Exit: It was finally a bit calmer and quieter after all the
chaos and insanity of the last few weeks. A bit of a breather, which was
nice. Gorgar was there, as was The Enforcer. It was sort of a Walpurgis
Celebration Show. So, they were trying to decide who should be sacrificed.
The thinking was that it should be someone other than Just Joe for once as
he has suffered an awful lot over the past few weeks, first being severely
beaten all night the night he was the Easter bunny, and then suffering that
brutal shoe shot at the hands of Mark of Divinity Destroyed last week. It
was thought that maybe this time the Penguin should be the sacrifice so Just
Joe could recuperate a bit. Just Joe was chosen to sacrifice her, but she
got away. He was then told to sacrifice Foul Mouth Girl, but also failed.
Also, David from Lotus Project was there. So, as I said, a bit of a settling
down from all the action of the last few weeks, but still lots of people
there and the usual silliness...

5/14

On The Metallic Onslaught: Shoebox and Maury were both absent again. When
Jeffie arrived he said he had some bad news concerning Maury. According to
Jeffie, Maury's Mom said that Maury is grounded indefinitely, so, we will
have to wait and see if we ever hear from Maury again. Since Friday was that
most important of all holidays -- at least to Jeffie! -- National No Pants
Day, Jeffie came to the show wearing no pants. However, this year there was
a different twist. He was wearing a blue dress and a blonde wig. In this
get-up he gave Joe a lap dance and a kiss on the head. All of this was
Jeffie's idea of a wedding present for Joe who was getting married the
following day--Saturday. BTW, congratulations Joe! (Oh, what is happening to
our wild Metal MO crew!? First we learn that one of them (Shoebox) will soon
become a father, and now another one has "settled down"? Is domesticity
setting in or what?!) :) For some strange reason Joe was not at all pleased
with Jeffie's wedding gift (some people can be so ungrateful, can't they, go
figure!) :) Joe attacked Jeffie and they brawled. After midnight when it was
no longer No Pants Day, the rest of the MO gang convinced Jeffie to finally
put his pants on. The band Self Made Hate dropped by for a surprise visit
and interview. They brought some of their brand new music with them, 3 songs
which we got to hear. They were heavy and cool. The show ended an hour early
because of Joe's big day ahead. Next week Joe will not be there (I assume
probably because of more wedding related matters) :) So, Jeffie claimed that
he will be in charge. We will have to wait to see how that goes...

On The Last Exit: It was quite a busy show. First up the band The Witching
were on for an interview and we got to hear some new songs from them. They
rock! After they left, it was quiet for a while, but then a bunch of people
showed up, Just Joe, The Yeti, The Enforcer, Gorgar, David from Lotus
Project, Evan from the band 3 Monkeys Named Bob... Some of these people
(mainly Evan and Ian (The Yeti) were admittedly very intoxicated--especially
Ian, so this made for some interesting and lively entertainment). Someone
sprayed Ian with a hose, and he took the hose and tried to spray them back,
but instead only wound up spraying himself even more. He was soaked. Then he
got on the mic and ranted for quite a bit about how wet he was, how drunk he
was, and what bad shape he was going to be in the next day. He said he was
very sick and needed to go home right away. Just Joe had to drive Ian and
Evan home. It was all very funny. After Just Joe returned from his chauffeur
duties, he was being his usual annoying self, and David had left (he is the
only one who can control Just Joe, for some weird reason). So Just Joe got a
long and severe beat down with a steel chair. This beat down had many very
impressive sounding brutal chair shots! They kept thinking that they had
finally killed him, but he kept reviving and so the beating would start
again. They never did manage to completely kill him despite all best efforts
but he had a real number done on him! And, there was a very weird occurrence
in the middle of the show when the power went out for a couple minutes. No
one new what caused this. Gorgar (who was on his way in to the show when it
happened) said that there was a big bright flash of light in the sky. Who
knows? All I can say is that I can attest to the fact that it sounded really
weird over the air not like dead air, but all kinda like wavering garbled
distortion. It was really strange. And, also, the chat room started acting
up around that same time...Coincidence? Who Knows? So, a rather crowded and
strange show. Very entertaining!

5/28

On The Metallic Onslaught: Shoebox was once again not there (well, he
actually made an appearance on one show last week, what more can you expect?
After doing one show he apparently needs a long rest). And, since WE Fest is
this weekend, he won't be at MO then either I'm sure. Maury was apparently
still grounded as he was once again not there. Who knows if we will ever
hear from him again, it's beginning to look doubtful. Joe was back from his
honeymoon. And Rick was back as well though he said that he had not
accompanied Joe on his honeymoon which was what the MO gang had claimed to
explain his absence of the week before. Jeffie was back as well, apparently
recovered from his trauma caused by Shoebox's treatment of Super Monkey,
although, every time it was mentioned, he said he didn't want to talk about
it, and that Super Monkey doesn't talk any more because of Shoebox. Jeffie
brought his drum sticks again and separately he and Lance did some more
really funny and cool "black" and "death" metal "singles". Then even Joe did
some "singles" as well. I really think they should put out an album, I would
buy it! :) They could become the new big thing in black and death metal! :)
Near the end of the show, Jeffie got upset with Lance. He said that Lance
was mean to him, and that Lance sucked. Lance chased Jeffie upstairs, they
brawled, and there were a couple loud crashes, after which Lance came back
in and told Joe to play music. That was how the show ended, and Jeffie was
never heard from again, so, we will have to wait and see what happened to
him...

On The Last Exit: Haunted By Angels came up to the show after their concert.
Friend made an appearance during their visit, only apparently Friend has
learned to speak Spanish, well, at least one word of Spanish, as he kept
yelling "Amigo!" for all his time there. He tormented the band members as
only Friend err, I mean, Amigo, can.. Just Joe was told to choose one of the
band members and sacrifice them since he failed so miserably in his attempt
to sacrifice 2 people on Walpurgis. He chose the bands manager, and dragged
her into the basement. However, she reappeared after a while and seemed
fine, well, as fine as could be expected for having been abducted by and
forced to spend time with Just Joe, so, apparently Just Joe just isn't
competent enough to perform a simple task like sacrificing people, but then,
that was suspected already and he just confirmed it again. David of Lotus
Project was absent, and will be again this week as well, so, there was no
one there to control Just Joe. We got to hear some more of the music from
Haunted By Angels new CD "Season Of Death". It rocked! And they informed us
that it will soon be available...It was quite a wild and chaotic show...

6/4

On the Metallic Onslaught: Shoebox was not present because, as I mentioned
last week, he was performing at the WE Fest. And Maury was yet again absent.
Everyone else was present and accounted for. Jeffie arrived and they told
him that he had forgotten that his favorite band POD had been in concert
that night. They told him that, if he hurried, he could still catch them. In
his excitement he ran hard into the door and knocked himself out. They
decided it would be a great idea to lock his unconscious form in the
refrigerator, reasoning that when he woke up in there the fumes would kill
him thus finally ridding them of him, or, at least this version of him. So,
Joe directed Rick and Lance to carry him up the stairs and put him in the
'fridge. The plan went beautifully until they got to the top of the stairs.
Now it seems that Rick got to thinking that he really hasn't been inflicting
much beating on Jeffie lately and seeing how Lance got to throw Jeffie down
the stairs last week...Well, Rick just couldn't seem to help himself. He
threw Jeffie down the stairs. This took everyone by surprise, Lance almost
went down the stairs along with Jeffie, as Rick did this so fast and with no
warning so that Lance almost didn't have time to let go. Joe and Lance were
not at all pleased with Rick for ruining the plan. After a bit, Jeffie came
to with no memory of what had happened to him. A little later, They reminded
him again about the POD concert. Again he tried to hurry to it and, once
again, knocked himself out on the door. They tried the plan again with stern
warnings to Rick to do what he was instructed to do this time. He said he
would, but at the top of the stairs apparently the temptation was just too
great. Rick threw Jeffie down the stairs again to the dismay of all. Later,
it was tried a third time and yet again Rick just couldn't get with the
program and threw poor Jeffie down the stairs again. Jeffie kept coming to
not remembering how it was that he became unconcious. But, by the end, he
said that for some reason that he didn't know, he no longer liked POD
because he associated them with bad things happening to him. A fight ensued.
Rick and Lance chased Jeffie up the stairs whereupon Jeffie locked himself
in the refrigerator! There was a discussion and they got the idea to throw
the 'fridge with Jeffie in it down the stairs, which Rick and Lance did. It
made a whole lot of noise on the way down and, apparently, hit and took out
just about everything in it's path. Which was how things ended, with the
destruction caused by a runaway refrigerator on the rampage :)

On The Last Exit: The band The Pushrods came up after their concert for an
interview. They played a lot of acoustic songs on the air. which sounded
great. After awhile, Just Joe showed up with a stuffed Lizard which has
apparently replaced Cuppy as the object of his weird attachments. The Giant
Canadian was up for a visit and they wanted Just Joe to climb him, which was
something that had been planned for a long time. However, now that they were
both in the same place finally, The GC balked (isn't that just the way with
those weird uncooperative Canadians!?. :) After some long negotiations
between The GC and JJ, which we couldn't hear, it still just wasn't
happening. So, it was decided that Just Joe would climb a band member
instead. The privilege wound up going to Crow, the drummer. Just Joe climbed
him, with lizard in tow, but Crow threw JJ hard on the floor. I think
eventually JJ did climb The GC, at least a bit. They took the lizard from JJ
and pretended to throw it outside, so Just Joe went outside after it. Then
later it did get thrown into the bushes outside but was retrieved
eventually... I think. Although I said last week that David from Lotus
Project would not be there, and it was expected that he would not be, he
was! And so was Gorgar. So, it was another rather crowded show, a cool band
that we heard a lot of good music from, and a lot of other people and
silliness.. And this week kicks off the month long celebration of the 10th
anniversary of The Last Exit For The Lost show, with many special events and
some voices from the past promised to appear again.. I can't wait for that
and to hear what it brings! :)

6/11

On The Metallic Onslaught: Shoebox was once again absent (maybe I should
mention his status only when he was present instead of when he's not, but
that would mean that his name would barely ever come up here, If ever).
Ditto for Maury (for whom the same is true apparently). Jeffie was there and
seemed none the worse for wear after his experiences of the week before
(being thrown down the stairs 3 times by Rick, and then his trip down the
stairs locked in the refrigerator where he apparently had to stay for quite
awhile before he finally managed to get out somehow). He said that he still
no longer likes P.O.D. and doesn't know why, but has a strong negative
reaction to any thought or mention of them. So, I guess he has finally
joined the rest of us in that regard. For some reason, Jeffie had a white
mouse (not the computer instrument, but the rodent) duct taped to his leg
under his pants. It was squeaking loudly and a lot, then got loose and
escaped. Later Jeffie and lance got into a fight... Lance dragged Jeffie up
the stairs... Now there seems to be some dispute about just exactly what
transpired next... Jeffie once again went hurdling down the stairs, that
much is clear... Joe was upset with Lance and accused him of turning into
Rick for not being able to carry out the plan to get rid of Jeffie
(although, I'm not sure what the plan was as the refrigerator thing had been
tried and he survived, but apparently there was one) and instead yielding to
temptation and throwing Jeffie down the stairs. However, Lance insisted that
he had done no such thing and that Jeffie had thrown himself down the
stairs, which Jeffie strongly denied. Joe did not seem to believe Lance, so
Lance told him to take Jeffie up the stairs himself... Which he then did
with some fate apparently in mind for Jeffie upstairs that he thought would
get rid of him, again, I don't know what... But, at the top of the stairs,
Joe suddenly threw Jeffie down the stairs... When Lance asked him why he had
done this Joe did not seem to know why exactly... I think Joe tried it one
more time with the same result... So, apparently, there seems to be some
strange, powerful, irresistible (possibly supernatural?) force at the top of
those stairs which compels everyone (including perhaps even Jeffie himself,
if we are to believe Lance) to throw Jeffie down the stairs, even when that
is not what they set out to do. I wonder if it would be the same for anyone
else being carried up those stairs, or just Jeffie... Now there might be an
interesting and fun experiment to conduct... If only Morie would show up, or
Just Joe, or perhaps Dave from Lotus Project, Oh, the possibilities! I would
have suggested Shoebox too, but, who could carry him up the stairs, all that
dead weight! Then Lance threw Jeffie down one more time saying that he just
had to do it that time Since Jeffie had done it himself the last time, and
he wanted the pleasure. The show ended with Joe and lance beating up on poor
Jeffie who was still alive and conscious even after all those trips down the
stairs..

On The Last Exit: It was the first of 4 10nth anniversary special shows
which will be going on all throughout the month of June. Just Joe was not
there. But Gorgar, David and Pat from Lotus Project were. The show kicked
off with the song which gave it it's current name, Fields Of The Nephilim's
"The Last Exit For The Lost". Very appropriate :) There was a lot of
reminiscing and explaining about the history of the show, When it first
aired, who all the hosts have been and where some of the former ones are
now, the name changes and different days and times it has aired, what the
idea and mission of it was/is. Interesting stuff, I already knew a lot of
it, as I am familiar with the show from quite awhile back although not from
the very beginning, so I learned some things I hadn't known, which was nice.
They talked about all the characters who have been on the show over the
years and many of the crazy and silly events that have taken place many of
which we relived through the playing of clips from the Best Of CD's. Lance
(Metallic Onslaught) and Tim (Victory Records) were also there as well. It
was all very nostalgic and informative and fun... I'm very much looking
forward to the rest of this month of special anniversary shows!

6/19

On The Metallic Onslaught: Ok, so it pretty much goes without saying, but
Shoebox was not there. He would however show up elsewhere later in the
weekend, more on that later... When Jeffie arrived Joe, Rick, and Lance were
all talking in very soft calm quiet voices - think the way golf announcers
call that sport, or, at least, that's what I thought of. Jeffie was confused
by this and said they sounded effeminate. He took it upon himself to bring
them back to their former selves. He attacked them with Styrofoam... There
was a lot of fighting, and amazingly enough, Joe and Lance managed to beat
the hell out of Jeffie all the while for the most part, maintaining their
soft composed manner. At the very end of the show, Joe was speaking like
himself again... Lance was still sounding soft and gentle, although he
certainly was not acting that way as he was beating on Jeffie. Jeffie said
that he would not be there the next week as he is going to be attending The
Plank Boys show. I'm sure the band will be thrilled by that.

On The Last Exit: It was the second of 4 10th anniversary shows and it was
extremely crowded and busy. Just Joe was back, and the Yeti (Ian), The
Enforcer, and the Penguin were there. In edition to them, Shoebox showed and
Handy made a return after a very long absence. The old man and Friend also
showed. There was an extraordinary amount of chaos. Ian attacked and killed
Joe with an Axe for some reason. Shoebox and The Enforcer then played with
his corpse trying to stuff him into a garbage can, a mailbox. and various
other things. Just Joe, however, came back as a Zombie. Handy and Shoebox
did an extremely disturbing and hilarious duet about sodomizing and
molesting dead babies, which it turns out was a Cannibal Corpse song. And
there was more reminiscing about the shows past. Shoebox brought with him
several songs which had never been aired before and they were played which
was cool. And we were told that this week Crappy The Clown will be making an
appearance and there maybe some other surprises as well. We will have to
wait and see, I can't wait!

6/25

On The Metallic Onslaught: No Shoebox. No Jeffie either, as he attempted to
attend the Plank Boy's final concert in this area for awhile. However,
Jeffie being Jeffie, he apparently got confused and thought one of the
opening bands were The Plank boys, and thus left early and never saw The
Plank Boys. So, I guess the band lucked out :) I'm sure we will hear all
about it from Jeffie this week... Since Rick left early, a good deal of the
show was only Joe and Lance (I just wrote Just Joe and Lance, and then
realized that could be confusing as Just Joe is on Last Exit and
occasionally visits MO, so I changed it to "only" Joe to make it clear that
I mean the old Joe). :) So, Joe and Lance were talking and apparently a new
feature for MO was born. Lance was demonstrating his death metal vocal
abilities, and then moved on to doing 80's pop songs as death metal covers.
Joe was cracking up over this, and kept requesting different songs for Lance
to try. They said this could become a weekly feature..They asked the
listeners to e-mail in requests for songs that they would like for Lance to
do in death/black metal fashion, and that each week they would choose what
they thought was the best request... They called it Death Metal Karaoke
Corner... So, we shall have to see how that goes...

On The Last Exit: It was the 3rd of 4 10th anniversary shows and another
extremely busy, crowded and chaos filled show. Just Joe and The Penguin were
there (Just Joe had apparently recovered from being dead / a zombie the week
before). Also, Arthur made a return after an absence of several months. His
last appearence was when he clicked the button on his time machine back in
November and disappeared. He had apparently been a few other places and
times before arriving on Last Exit again. At the orders of Azkath, Just Joe
promptly smashed the time machine to pieces, which Arthur was not at all
happy about. Later they had Arthur build a snooze button for Just Joe which
could be attached to his head and, when pressed, would render him
unconscious for a time. He would carry out commands given to him, like
"molest the Penguin", then they would snooze him to see if it works. It
also worked on whoever they placed the snooze button on. There was much
brawling and stabbing people with forks going on. In edition to all of this,
There were three, yes, three(!) bands on the show! First up Andy from
Haunted By Angels came on to talk about their new CD "Season Of Death",
which is now available at their web site www.hauntedbyangels.com. They're a
great band, and you should all check that out if you haven't already! (they
will also be on MO this week to talk about their CD and Their CD release
concert this Saturday). Next up was a band That Arthur brought up with him
from somewhere in the future (or so he claimed). They were called Saraphim.
We got to hear one of their songs (that was all Arthur brought with him) and
they were breifly interviewed. They were cool. Finally, late in the night,
The Plank Boys (www.Plankboys.com) stopped by for a final interview for
awhile as they are moving to New York City. They are an awesome band as
well, and they told us their new CD is done. We got to hear music from all
of the bands who were on the show. They rocked! Crappy The Clown was
supposed to be on this show, but he said he would not be there after all (he
said it was because Arthur was there, and he does not like Arthur
apparently). :) However, Crappy will be on this coming weeks show...It will
be the 4th and final 10th anniversary special show. And, it's also Crappy's
birthday, so, it will be a birthday bash for him. And who knows who/what
else will show up and what surprises will be in store...We will have to wait
and see. I am really looking forward to it!

7/2

On The Metallic Onslaught: No Shoebox as usual.. Jeffie was back though. He
claimed to have had a great time and that he rocked out at the Plank Boy's
show. They tried to tell him that he never saw the Plank Boys (He thought
that one of the opening bands was the Plank Boys, and left right after them
and, thus, never saw the band he went there to see) but I don't think he
ever got that and still thinks he saw them (that is if he's still alive to
think anything, but more on that later). He did however bring with him
someone he said he had met at the show. This person claimed to be Jeffie's
number one fan and to be the new president of the Jeffie fan club of
millions (and millions) of fans supposedly complete with a magazine. This
guy kept praising Jeffie, repeating everything he said, and saying over and
over again how much Jeffie rocked. However, when Joe and Rick started
brutally beating on Jeffie, his number one fan did not attempt to help at
all, just first cheered him on, and then, seeing that he was losing badly,
saying what a wonderful job Jeffie does at taking a beating. Then Andy the
guitar player from Haunted By Angels stopped by to talk about the bands new
CD "Season Of Death" and about their CD release show the following night.
Jeffie and his fan tried to interview Andy.. Jeffie at first wanted to
attend the concert, but, after awhile, he got upset with Andy (he said that
when he wore an HBA T-shirt, he got hurt, and, he didn't think Andy was
being nice to him). So, Jeffie tried to beat up Andy, but instead
accidentally beat down his number one fan, attacking him with Styrofoam and
knocking him out. Jeffie tried to take his unconscious fan up the stairs,
but, once again, some mysterious thing happened.. Jeffie reached the top
step, then came flying down the stairs. His revived fan came running in
saying that Jeffie was unconscious at the foot of the stairs and begging
them to help him, which, of course, Joe, Rick and Lance, being the kind,
caring, solicitous souls that they are were all too happy to do :p Later,
after he had come to, Jeffie said that he and his fan were going to perform
a song that they had written. Lance reluctantly agreed to be the keyboardist
for them. He said because it was so terrible that he just couldn't stand it,
and was going to try and bring a little quality to it. So, they performed
with drums and one of those musical keyboards, and a recorder. I'm going to
provide the lyrics that Jeffie came up with, it won't take long at all :) It
consisted of this: "Push that bootie, , push that bootie push that bootie
push that bootie push it push it push it" repeat that over and over with a
death metal part in the middle. Now, after not much of that Lance refused to
play any more, and quit/was fired from the band depending on who you listen
to. The keyboard then started playing Wham's "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go"
And Lance had a hard time shutting it off. From there they went into the
first official weekly segment of Death Metal Karoke. Lance sang over CD's in
death metal style first Journey's "Stone In Love", and then Brian Adams's
"The Summer Of 69". This really cracked everyone up.. Jeffie was mad at
Lance for ruining his song as he saw it. He tried to beat him up but, once
again beat up his fan instead. The fan began to question whether Jeffie
really rocked as much as he thought he did, but Jeffie managed to talk him
out of that. Then Jeffie decided that he wanted to throw Lance down the
stairs. He and the fan (the fan kept calling himself number one, But the MO
crew, except for Jeffie of course, kept calling him number two) tried to
trick Lance.. Jeffie kept telling Lance that he had a treat for him upstairs
and that he needed to come up there with him. At first Lance refused, but
finally went with Jeffie. Then, yet again, Jeffie reached the top step and
came flying down the stairs. Lance said that he threw himself down, Jeffie
denied this. He did however, manage to drag Lance down with him. So,
apparently Jeffie just can not go any further than the top of the stairs for
some mysterious reason. Then Jeffie and his fan claimed that they had gotten
a new member for their band. They said it was John Tesh, and that he would
be there in a couple hours, so, could they extend the show? They were told
no. Jeffie was upset with all of them. He said he had something and was
going to get it and open it. He brought out something. Whatever it was, no
one seemed to think it was a good idea to open it. Lance said it looked
nasty and they told him not to open it and threatened to and tried to beat
him down. However, Jeffie did manage to get it open. And then? Well, there
was a high pitched creepy squealing sound. This was the only sound, and it
went on for 30 or 60 seconds, and no one was heard from at all after that,
and the show ended. So, we will have to wait and listen this week to see
who, if any of them survived. Or, perhaps the rest of us will have to find
something else to occupy our Friday nights, Difficult and terrible as that
would be! We shall see...

On The Last Exit: It was the 4th and final 10th anniversary special show and
again was very active, crowded, and filled with chaos. Just Joe was not
there and no one knew where he was. But Crappy The Clown was there, and it
was his birthday, so the show was also a birthday bash for him. And Vern was
back for an appearance after being gone for almost a year (the last time he
was on he was dragged away by Friend to a wedding, a wedding between him and
Friend, he also had claimed then to be pregnant with Friend's spawn). At
first he would not admit to being Vern, but claimed to be a huge fan of The
Vern Show, and kept demanding that they play more Vern. Later, he finally
said that Vern had managed to escape from Friend's clutches and was
traumatized by the ordeal and was in hiding somewhere, so this was The Void
being controlled by Vern from afar. Later in the night there was a surprise.
The Plank Boys (or 2 of them, Andy and Jeremy) stopped by. Although they had
told us last week that they were leaving for NYC, apparently they were not
able to get away as quickly as they had planned so, they came back for one
"final" final visit which was cool. And worked out well as Jeremy is afraid
of clowns and Crappy was still there. Everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to
Crappy in a noisy way. Also, the old man who managed Special Unit 2 was
there. They played "spin the old man in his wheelchair" again, and then beat
him up and possibly killed him, although, that has been thought before and
he's come back, so, who Knows? After that there was a guy there with a
British accent. He said his name was Nigel Wood, and he claimed to be Nicky
wood's brother (Nicky wood who hosts the 80's show) and seemed to have
issues with Nicky saying that Nicky didn't like him and wasn't nice to him.
They of course tried to have Crappy as close to Jeremy for as much of the
time as was possible. Before the Plank Boys left, Azkath attacked and beat
down Andy. They thought he was dead, and maybe he was, but, this is LE,
where no one ever seems to stay dead for very long. So, Andy came back as a
zombie. Vern got many beat downs but refused to leave and said he would be
back on the show next week when the band Pretty Suicide will probably be on
for an interview after their concert.. Azkath told Vern that he had had a
call from Friend and that Friend was coming for Vern. Vern screamed and ran
away, so, I don't think he will be back next week after all :) There was a
lot of violence and many beat downs as usual. And everyone got asked those
silly questions and gave their silly answers. The Final 10th anniversary
show ended they same way that the 1st one began, with the playing of the
song that gave the current version of the show it's name 10 years ago,
Fields Of The Nephilim's "The Last Exit For The Lost". Very appropriate and
fitting! And thus came to an end a great month of special anniversary shows,
with much nostalgia, history, chaos, looking back and fun. We got to hear
many voices from the past during this month that we hadn't heard in a long
time and got to relive many great memories. It was awesome! And, now on to
the future and hopefully another 10 years at least and hopefully many more
than that, of equally great shows! Can't wait!

7/9

On The Metallic Onslaught: Although Shoebox had said he would be there, he
was in fact not (big surprise there). Before Jeffie arrived, there was a
"guest appearance from Phil (no, not the big green one who says nothing but
"Hi!", but Phil Anselmo of Pantera, or so he claimed). He spoke for a bit,
and then passed out.. :) Now, after all that drama of the way the show ended
the week before, (with Jeffie opening some strange object, the creepy noise,
and then no one being heard from again), no one seemed to remember any of
that or what had happened, but they were all still alive and didn't seem to
be suffering any ill effects from the experience. In fact, Jeffie said that,
although he didn't remember anything about what had happened, he claimed
that it had given him super powers. He said that he had rescued Shoebox from
being stuck in a door, and that he had helped Joe after he had fallen and
couldn't get up. They did not believe he had any super powers, and tried to
prove he didn't. Joe went to beat him up, but, to the amazement of all,
Jeffie totally beat down Joe. Then Rick went to try, but again to the
astonishment of everyone Jeffie won.. He didn't actually beat down Rick, but
pushed him aside and escaped. Then he ran into the control room, and said he
was now taking over the show. Later Jeffie and Lance got into a brawl. Now
if Jeffie did have any super powers that helped him prevail over Joe and
Rick, they failed against Lance, as Lance won that encounter. Then Lance
told Jeffie that Shoebox was stuck in the refrigerator upstairs, and that he
should go rescue him. At first Jeffie wasn't buying it, saying that he
didn't believe Shoebox would go to that refrigerator, but Lance said he had
told him there was food in it. That did it! Jeffie went up the stairs, and,
of course, reached the top and came hurdling down. The rest of the show was
one brawl after another, Every talk break consisted of noisy violence with
many crashes and things falling over and/or breaking.. Jeffie and Joe got
into a long battle in which Jeffie said they were cuddled in the corner..
Jeffie seemed to like this, Joe did not. Also, Jeffie and Lance had a series
of long brawls, with first Lance having the upper hand, then Jeffie beating
down Lance, and then Lance coming back and winning again. It was an
extremely violent night with the whole second half of the show consisting of
beat downs. They did not get to Death Metal Karaoke this week. So, we shall
see if Jeffie's super powers last...
